6-6-6

Okay, here is my sixth folder, sixth picture, etc. This is of heather at her birthday.

NOT MUCH

There is not much going on around here. Just surviving the week with Dale gone. The band and orchestra concert for the Middle School was good. Good job Nicholas.

This is our snow storm as of 6pm. It has snowed all day. We have about a foot of snow. Heather tried to make a snowman.

Here are more ski pictures.

For President's Day this year Dale took Nicholas, Heather, and Rachel skiing. Their cousins Jeffrey and Kamilyn went with them.

INVASION #2

Today was my second invasion for the month. I was able to go and have a mammogram. They aren't as bad as everyone makes them to be. The lady was very nice and friendly.

My kids say: "LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW!!" They want a snow day.

I love to listen to Glenn Beck on the radio. He makes so much sense. I am tired of the way the leadership of the country is going. If you agree, please visit his website at GlennBeck.com

Not a whole lot is happening around here. It snowed today. Heather, Maddy Creer and I are racing through Twilight series. I will beat them both! Ha! Ha! Ha! The girls are going to gymnastics tonight. Nicholas played pillow hockey last night for YM.

The family went to the Draper Temple open house today. It is a very pretty temple. It is a temple where you move from one room to another for part of the ceremony. The girls asked lots of questions and it was nice to explain some of it to them. If you have a chance to go to the open house you should.

Today I had my first invasion. It was the dreaded pap smear and breast exam. I learned a little too much at this doctors appointment. It took him forever to find my cervix. He said it way down low and to the left. He had never lost a cervix before and he wondered if I had it secretly taken out in the last year. LOL Next will come the mammogram. It has to be rescheduled because of the Space Shuttle launch delay.
Last night was activity days for the 8 and 9 year old girl's. They went to Alison Kincaid's and got their hair done. Rachel got her hair cut. It is so cute. I will have to take a picture and post it. She has natural curly hair so the style is perfect.

This is the month of two invasions. It is that time of year for the dreaded female exam and also for a mammogram. I sooooooo look forward to February.

Want to send my wishes out to the Steel family and let them know they are in our prayers. We so loved Laura and her sweet spirit.
